I ate a 364 calorie chips packet. As long I remain in my calorie goal it is fine , ryt? I just couldn't resist it. I swear in future I am never going to buy junk.

No reason to feel guilt. Even had you gone over, you would have logged it and moved on. This is about learning a new lifestyle and LIVING life. Sometimes chips happen0 -

Love this!
Whenever I go over my daily allotment, I just make up for it the following day/week. Chips are too good to pass up sometimes. Like good scotch they are proof of a loving God.0 -
It's fine. I wouldn't call it junk. If you eat at a deficit....you're golden.Ironmaiden4life wrote: »Ok and breathe!.....

What flavor of chips?0

Not sure this was really urgent, but you can go over your calorie goal for a day. You don't have to deprive yourself of an evening meal (and nutrients) because you ate some chips.
One day is just a tiny drop in the bucket.0 -
You have to decide where you will invest your calories. I only drink water so I can have pizza and cheeseburgers. Maybe next time you will go with baked chips, or veggie chips that have vitamins and perhaps less carbs. Falling off the wagon one time won't fail you. Remaining in the ditch will.0

Yes, you are right.0 -
There are some things I don't resist very well if I have them in my house. Things like big bags of chips, especially Pringles, and Oreos and other cookies of that sort.
My solution is to not have them in the house If I want chips, I pick a place to eat lunch that has them and get the single-serve packet and that takes care of the craving.
There's nothing wrong with a package of chips or cookies or anything, really. If you want them, have them!
