Hi folks,
As the title suggests I am new to this app and was hoping it would be the thing that helps get me back on the right track. Over the past 2 years I have tried multiple diets and found that once the 'diet' period ended I would put the weight back on and then some. I am 25 years old (from Northern Ireland) and have always managed to motivate myself in the past however this motivation seems to be lacking these days and I feel a need for a little help and support.
Unfortunately I am a very plain or as my family would say 'picky' eater and as a result there would be quite a few foods that despite their nutritional goodness I simply can't eat e.g. almonds, garlic, onions etc. Anyone else in a similar position?
I aim to lose 2 and a half stone but need support from like minded people to keep pushing and challenging me.
I have been researching a lot about flexible dieting and was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on this?
