I can't always get to the gym so lately I have been doing home workouts with my kettlebell with a video by 'BodyFit By Amy' It's lasts 30 minutes and Iv been doing it say about 5 times a week I feel great Afterwards and by sweating loads and feeling the burn I no Iv Done good but is this enough to loose weight? I no you gain muscle to that Iv noticed, I'm fairly active in work I'm a care assistant so busy busy busy and have a toddler. My scales drive me insane as my house is totally uneven so don't even no if Iv Lost or gained ahhh thank you in advance sorry for the essay ha

You lose weight by having a calorie deficit. You can lose weight with no exercise at all. Enjoy your video - sounds like it's a fun workout!0

Get your food in order if you want to lose weight. Exercise is for fitness, you can't out-exercise a poor diet.0
