Second week in

hello
I am into my second week and I feel great! ( apart from my sore legs from doing a pump class)
I am cleaning the house more!!
I am dealing with stress better and that's without having to drink wine!!
I am happy with my self
I am happy with others too
I am a stay at home mum with four kids ( 8, 6, 2 & 2 )
I like going to the gym
I love baking
I read a lot!
My goal weight is 73kg for me that's a size 10 in clothing (size 6 in USA)
My weight now is 89kgs
After a week tracking my food I can now see how I became to the size I am now. I need to snack less and not eat until I am feeling sick.
