Now I'm really motivated!

well to begin with I started writing or I started commenting in the community because I thought it would be nice to touch base with people who are going thru the same thing I was going through and that is the struggle just to just maintain your weight or lose a few pounds. I now have a different motivation. my motivation now is that I have to go in for spine surgery next week! my doctor took a lot of a measure of my antioxidant level with a machine that was able to read them somehow and her instructions to me were as follows: Before your surgery it's important for you to cut out dairy, sugar, and bread or bread products. I've followed her advice. Why? Because these food groups impeed the bodies ability to heal. I'll be darn if I'm going to contribute to that so I have been vigilante about eliminating dairy and bread stuff. Let's see how week #2 goes - the week counting down to surgery.
