Anyone that can help me loose my diet?

I really want to loose 19 lbs but I need some help. Can anyone talk and encourage me maybe?

    You came to the right place. It has helped me tremendously. Don't starve yourself, exercise a bit and try to do some lifting. And take your time. There will be highs and lows. Just stick with it. You'll be really happy. Not just when you hit your goal, but along the way as well. Good luck!

    Select sedentary as your activity level
    Select the amount of weight you might like to lose each week

    MFP will give you a maximum number of calories to eat

    Weigh and log everything you eat.
    Eat your maximum number of calories or slightly less.
