Do a high carb day. It'll confuse your body since you've been in a deficit, and, therefore, kick up your metabolism.0

Already did, but it was rest day. Should I do it again?0 -

So Should I do it on lifting days? Never did it on lifting days, I usually just carb up on rest days to spike a metabolism up a lil0 -
I've been hovering around the same weight for about a month despite being within or under calories and exercising daily. I'm thinking of having a week at maintenance calories to reset my metabolism. It's worked before.0

Well that's the point of hi carb days -- to go over your calories! You should be over maintenance level on those days haha. And I'm not sure if it would make a difference, I lift heavy on high carb days just because I have more energy and can get a better workout in.0

Yea when I IIFYM, I can switch it up because then I dont do over cals and still carb cycle lol but cant risk it with only one month to go ha but Ill try. I lift heavy during to preserve as much muscles as possible lol but recently Ive been stuck on this plateu from like month now, I break it, gain it back and then break it again and then aim for lower weight lol and only got month left now0 -
