What are you eating and how much? You weight everything?0 -
No I don't weight everything and I'm eating fairly well a lot of vegetables , grilled chicken fish nothing fried0

May need to reduce portion size. When I started logging every stinking calorie I ate I was shocked at how large my portions were from a calorie standpoint. Almost everything fried has breading and of course the oil, so getting rid of that is a great start. I started cutting way back on my bread and dropped french fries too. Use mustard instead of Mayo and if you can find some wraps that are low carb they can be quite tasty. I like the single serving guacamole from costco with some chicken in mine for lunch. I started running and increased my distance to about 25 miles a week. I never weighed my food either.0
