Well June 15 marked 2 months with MFP. I have lost 15lbs and hope to lose more I think if i was stricter i i would be down 25 instead of 15. By Sept i hope to make some huge strides. If not then im doing something wrong. however i have been lazy in posting my food diary . I am not as consistent as i was when i first started . That might be due in part that the foods im eating are not user friendly with this site .For instance there is an Italian deli called Livoti's . I bought some pasta salads . I doubt they are listed in the database. Frustrating that i cant calculate calories fat and sodium. with all foods . Without an actual caloric breakdown to guide you , its more like eat and your own risk and try not to indulge . The scale will do the rest the following day. I am consistent in reporting my daily exercise regime

With independant local places you can always search the database for the item name. It may not be the same thing, but it will be a better estimate than not tracking at all. Also 15 lbs in 2 months is a great loss. It's almost 2 lbs a week.0

Thanks I believe its the intense cardio thats made the difference more than the calorie watch. Without the cardio i would prob be down only half that amt in weight0
