Fat lines on lower stomach:(

I'm 5'6" and I currently weigh 132 lbs. My body fat is roughly 22% and I'm pretty happy with my body...except for one thing...the lines I have on my lower stomach. My stomach is almost flat, but sort of looks like a B from the side. It indents and then goes out a little at the bottom. I'm mainly talking about one line in particular on my lower abdomen. Anywyas, I do cardio and am in the middle of doing the 30 Day Shred, and while I know I'm getting stronger, the lines just won't go away. What the heck should I be doing?!

Lift heavy weights and eat at a calorie deficit. Cardio alone is not going to do it.

I go for strength training and calorie deficit as well.

I have the exact same B shape as you. It gets worse when I suck in too, blegh. My plan is to continue to lower my body fat percentage (thru calorie deficit) -- I'm aiming for 21-20%. I'm also going to start a more difficult ab routine and hope that helps the area shape up better. Will keep my fingers crossed for both of us. Bumpy stomachs suck!
