Baby weight :(

Hi everyone, new to this but just started out trying to get back in shape after having my daughter back in May. Was 55kg before pregnancy and went up to a whooping 83kg just before giving birth. Currently 70.2kg and struggling to lose anymore - seem to have plateaued. I've just started back running and hoping to feel a bit fitter soon! if anyone has any tips or motivational support I'm all ears or if anyone is in a similar position and would like to chat!

If you could use a friend, feel free to add me. I have a 2 year old and am just starting to get back in shape (she's a June baby). Thinking about starting couch to 5 K once I lose a few more lbs and am used to walking for 30 minutes straight. (I liked it a lot the first time I did it though)0
