Alriggt... So far I have been drinking more water and eating better MOST of the time. I still catch myself having a delicious, but bad lunch and/or dinner. I haven't exercised in two days and for some reason I am still losing weight.
I'm not complaining, but I'm just wonder how can this be so true?!
Amazeballs...

Calorie deficit. You could eta McDonald's for all your meals and never workout and lose, as long as you ate less than you burned.

Also drinking a lot more water helps! I drink about 1.5 gallons a day! It flushes the system and if you stopped drinking soda that's a huge difference

The occasional bad meal will not derail in-progress motion... Live your life, but your life should consist of good choices more often than not.

And not all delicious food is bad! I eat a great diet (85% of the time) and it is always delicious!

Your foods clean, and you're at a deficit. Had to do things this way for about two weeks after I put my back out being lazy with my posture during squats.
