    Not sure what the question is here but depending on what you want it for..advice ive seen on here at least 3 times a week is hrm is for steady state cardio and wont give an accurate burn for hiit or lifting .hope this helps.

    They are informing everyone that a supermarket called Lidl has HRMs (with chest strap and bike mount) for sale for £12.99 at the moment. Along with other sportswear. Picked up some bits myself today!
