Counting CALs to cut fat

HI everyone,
My name is sarah, I have decided to start using my fitness pal to cut my body fat percentage. I am 175cm tall and around 75kgs body fat at 17%. I love lifting heavey weights and mixing it up with the boys in the gym. I do around an hour or two of cardio a week. I am hoping to get body fat down to around 15% by August and then 13% by the end of september. Hopefullly I can do this with out sacrifising my lean muscle I have been building.
