Good Morning everyone I have been on now for about a month my goal is to drop weight this time by truly making a life style change...Any suggestions on exercise I can do at home I do have some fitness equipment.

    It's all up to you! Small changes are likely to stick best. Don't try to change everything all at once. Log everything. If you eat it, you own it. Regardless of how much you work out, if you don't log your food accurately and honestly, you will have problems, whether it's "mystery" weight gain, fluctuating between gain and loss, or inability to maintain.

    Once you've got the eating side of the house in order, start thinking about how you want to use activity to enhance your calorie deficit. Cardio, strength, or some combination of the above. Really, that will come back to your goals: Do you want to lose weight, be healthy and athletic, or get ripped?

    I want to lose weight and be healthy, I've begun to read labels and wow that makes a difference when i'm shopping.
