Stretch Routine?

My fitness plan is 6 days a week. I weight train 3 days a week at 5am in the morning and 3 days cardio. I would like to add in a stretch routine 3 evenings. Any harm in this? Any suggested routines? I started a pilates/stretch routine.

    Harm in stretching? No - in fact, I'd say it's a good idea. As long as you're just stretching and not forcing your body past where it can go, you're fine.

    As far as routines go, I like RushFit stretch, although it has more hamstring stretches than quad stretches. I also like http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/exercises-navy-seals-do-daily - most stuff on menshealth is utter garbage, but this is pretty decent. I've had some back/hip issues for a while, as I had gotten away from stretching, but doing this the past week has seemed to help quite a bit.

    Thanks so much. I checked out the link and I have not done any of those stretches.
