Intermittent fasting

So I typically do 20:4 intermittent fasting and have been for about 2 months. I find no difference except that I have more control of what I can eat and when. Today I did something different and had a bowl of fruit and yogurt early in the day and now I have indigestion and feel pretty full. Is this normal? Could it be because my body just simply isn't used to being fed this early?

I came off of 16:8 recently and haven't really had any problems like that. But I used to be hungry all day if I ate too early and that hasn't really happened since I stopped.
