Little bit of weight

i only have 4.5 pounds left until my goal and I have reached a very large platue. For the last three months I have not been able to lose any more wight and nor have I gained any. I have increased my daily excersise from 45 minutes of cardio a day and 45 minutes of strengthens a day to 1 and 15 of both, I am staying at my goal of 1400 calories a day. I do not eat much candy or sweet to, maybe or sweet or serving of candy per week. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can lose those last few pounds?

    Make sure you are logging accurately. If that doesn't work or you already weigh everything then try increasing your calories.
