My calorie limit is 1200. I eat a combination of junk and normal food. I feel full and all under 1200. I think it's wrong. Why I am not starving at 1200. Not having urge to binge. I am really confused. I think I am overestimating then.

If you're estimating not weighing and measuring you are almost certainly overestimating.

Probably, I measure fruits n stuff. But what about milk? Like I had one cup of milk. So, in my log in I will add one cup milk. That's an overestimate coz I duno the mfp cup size. How to counter this problem?

You could ask us. In this case, one cup is 240 ml (about 8 oz).

A cup is an American measuring system and one cup isn't a lot, so you buy measuring cups or a measuring jug and log mls instead. Buy a food scale and weigh your food. It's pretty simple.

How much weight are you trying to lose?

Had to lose 30 pounds. Already done with 15. 15 more to go.

It also may have something to do with what you are eating. Foods with more fiber are more filling. Also, drinking more water helps you to feel full. Are you losing weight? If yes, you are on track. Are you exercising? Also a plus. Weight loss involves calories in vs. calories out. The combination of reducing calories and exercising are the key to weight loss. It is a good idea to measure your foods to be more precise. Good luck. I have indulged in some fast food, but still was able to lose weight, I just limit the amount of fast food, and make the healthier or lower calorie choice. I enjoy McDonald's salad, but use grilled chicken and only half (if that) a dressing packet.

    You might be overestimating.

If you're losing weight and feel strong, don't worry about it.

Looking at your diary, you are not using a food scale to weigh your foods. Therefore, you are eating more than you think which is keeping you full :)
