Looking to add some people with the same calorie range and diet, so we can bounce ideas off of each other.
My calorie goals are 1200 (1450 when working out). I eat a flexitarian diet, mostly plant based with very small amounts of meat or dairy. I also try to avoid breads and processed snacks. Please add me if you are doing something similar.
