20lbs... doesn't seem like much

So, this isn't my fist time on here. My old username was Pittbullmamma and I was pretty active on here a few years ago. I'm still where I started the last time I was on here and I'm tired of it. I stopped smoking, drinking soda and I had surgery back in March and lost 10lbs. I was so elated! Then I recovered and started eating like normal and gained it back. I'm still smoke free and on day 2 of no soda. Now it's time to commit and lose a whopping 20lbs. It's not much to most, but it's a lot to me. So, here I am, ready to get back at it.

20lbs or 200lbs, weight is hard to lose. It's actually physically harder to lose when you're closer to your ideal BMI. From a fellow 20lb loser, I'm rooting for you!0
