I'm in this stage where I am not obese, but overweight. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I try my damndest to eat healthy, but this is where I fall off. I live at home with my parents and there are always snacks, junk food, delicious unhealthy meals - just staring at me with seductive eyes. I have no sense of portion control either. When I eat, I eat. Lately I've started doing more cardio to counter balance my eating problem, but it's just not enough. I need to get serious. I am looking for friends to help motivate me. I want to lose 20 lbs by the end of the year.. If that's possible. I also want to cut back on drinking alcohol, as I'm sure it is contributing to my weight. Anyway if you have the same struggle or even just want a motivational friend - add me!
