    I recommend anything from Salter.

Don't buy into those scales which measure your body fat percentage because they inaccurate.

    Most people weigh every week.

I haven't bought a bunch of scales and wouldn't know. I got an Eat Smart one because it was amazon's best seller. I know nothing about scale manufacturing, so one was a good as the next. I tested mine and it was accurate.

I don't think it matters a whole lot if it's 100% accurate, though. As long as you use the same scale, you can track your progress...and that's the most important thing, you know?

I wouldn't pay extra for the Body Fat Percentage feature. It just can't be very accurate. Some people get scales that send their weights to various electronic things and they like that feature a lot. So, if you're into tech stuff, maybe look for that. I actually like entering my weight every day...especially when I go down. :)

I will check the Salter ones probably :)...

Yes no point in getting that body fat all machine's ...I just would like to lose weight n be healthy...

I do go for complete body check up once a year... So I guess I can save some bugs on weighing scale.

    Thank... Xoxo
