I'm so upset as fitbit and my fitness pal syncing issues are driving me crazy. How can I only lose 17 calories from 6000 steps!
This is what Fitbit tells mfp. I tried different methods to sync and resync them together!
It just not correct and most of the time it does not even show! I am thinking about returning Fitbit I was better without it! At least my iPhone was more consistent!
I bought Fitbit charge hR, 6 days ago

Click on the adjustment in your exercise diary to see the math, but a 17-calorie adjustment means you've burned 17 calories more than your activity level (sedentary, lightly active, etc).

I'm having syncing issues as well. Normally it does it according to my steps, but lately nothing shows up unless I manually put in my exercise. It's frustrating.

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.

If you want your Fitbit exercise to appear in your newsfeed, post a status update.
