Anyone want to help give me motivation?

been working really hard the past 4 months. Dropped 5% body fat so far, now at 21%.
Must have hit a barrier as can't seem to lose anymore...
I gym 5/6 times a week if any less I'm go cycling.. Very active...
And really watch what I eat!
Want some motivation as feel I can't climb over this hurdle!

You can do it! Above person is right though, you might want to check if there's something you're missing if you're stuck on a platue (is that how you spell that?) Feel free to add!0

My goal is to get to 18% body fat! So I got to work real hard. But I couldn't eat any healthier or workout any harder than I am! Maybe I'm just impatient.
My workout program... Varies really because Tuesday I have personal training so depends what she trains me as to what I do the rest of the week. But I have 4 different target muscle workouts then just vary the exercises I do for them.
And recently been craving such terrible food.. Did wonder if I'm eating too similar things each week and my body is bored of it?
Not sure what you mean by platue? Lol
