Ever since i can remember i have been bigger than my friends. Currently 5ft10 and 15 st i have reached my biggest. But my problem is I'm a crisp (chips) addict. I have tried to diet on and off for the past few years but always failed because i have dived straight in the deep end and started to give up and drown.
This time its different, i start university in September and i am using august to build up my will power and detox. As i currently live in a house with 5 other people, my mum hs to provide food for everyone meaning that temptation is always around whenever i enter the kitchen; so i am using August as the month to motivate myself so that when i get to uni and have to shop for myself i can say no and skip the sweet isle.
i am writing this discussion to try and find help and support. learn from others experiences and gain helpful tips and healthy recipes for a girl on a budget coming September. i just wanna make friends to share my journey with.
