I wanna make a thread where people could post a current picture and get some honest feed back, good and bad. Not looking for any sugar coated ego-boosting comments, Save those for the "would bang" threads.

I'll post mine first, with what My personal opinion of my current progress.Firstly I know my frames on the small size these days, I haven't been lifting or eating right the last two years so I lost lot of muscle mass in that time. I wanna get more defined before I start "bulking" just because I would like to have more "room" to fill. I don't feel comfortable with a lot of pudge on me. Anything above 16% bodyfat is unacceptable for me.

I'm currently160lbs @ 15% b/f.

This is my most current pic:

Anterior delt needs a bit of work, mate. You got some good solid chest and core there but you could run into injuries if you don't strengthen the tie in. :drinker:

Also, not posting a picture of myself until I cut myself down to where I want to be. :P

Thanks bud, the shoulders have been a bit slow, I haven't had the strength to push my arms like I'd like to due to an injury with my left arm and I'm being careful to use the same weight For my right arms as I'd use with my left arm which isn't much. As I do my right (good Arm) to avoid being any more unbalanced strength wise. Thanks for your input though, any suggestions on exercises to hit that area of the shoulder better?

Incline barbell front raises, Arnold presses, upright rows, overhead barbell presses (in front). Every third week I'll replace my chest day with a flat out arm day and do clean and presses. I had shoulder issues for a long time from a damaged delt, I feel your pain man!

Please ignore the rat's nest on my head. The hospital did that, so it's sadly beyond my control. The angle is weird but you get the gist. I already know that my cheeks and chin are huge!
