30 in the Airforce and outa shape. I'm 5'7 220 lbs and 20% body fat, this is a no go. My father, trainer, bodybuilder, dietician and gym owner has me on the path with the fire to my feet. The only way to change is through work and perseverance he tells me. On day 4 of a 16 week training program, I can feel the Ketosis setting in and other than the fact that I want just one more carb in my macros I feel good. The goal 190lbs at 9% body fat
