I emailed the Famous Dave's BBQ website to ask about nutritional information on their Happy Hour sliders, as it was not listed on their fact sheet. The local manager called me and told me that it isn't on the main website as they are not offered everywhere. Our local Famous Dave's has these for $1 (pork) and $1.50 (beef) on their Happy Hour menu. He gave me the stats on the phone. I was surprised, as they are really delicious and look much better than I expected nutritionally.

Pork Slider (1): Calories 133, Fat 5g (SatF 2g, TF 0g), Cholesterol 33mg, Sodium 713, Carbs 10g, Sugar 4g, Fiber .25g, Protein 12g.

Brisket Slider (1): Calories 275, Fat 15g (SatF 6g, TF .4g), Cholesterol 55mg, Sodium 1280mg, Carbs 19g, Fiber .25g, Protein 19g.

I am not sure why the carbs on the beef one are so high. The beef ones did look like they had a little ore eat. I also suggested they add a healthy choice to their Happy Hour menu, and the local manager said they put together a Happy Hour offering of carrots and celery sticks (2oz each) with ranch dressing dip for $1.50. He said they'd be putting it on their new menus when they printed them, but I could start ordering it right away.

I thought that was a very generous response to y request for information!
