weight gain buddy needed

I am a female college student that has struggled with stress and illness. I lost a significant amount of weight and I am having trouble putting it back on. I don't want to just pig out. I want to be healthy. I am working out everyday to maintain muscle. I am trying to eat more, but I honestly don't feel my hunger anymore. And eating feels unpleasant. I am sick of Ensure Plus high calorie shakes. IF you can relate, send me a friend request. We can remind each other to eat

I have the struggle of difficult weight gain also .I have learned a lot of tricks to help.what is your current diet like ?0

If you are struggling with hunger, than you have to eat more nutrient dense foods. You can't gain weight, if you aren't eating the calories for that. So in that case, ice cream is much more effective. But to add more calories, you can add calorie dense foods such as nuts, ice cream, full fat dairy, red meat (especially fattier cuts), avocados, cheese, high calorie protein bars, etc..
