I could never work out without music. I try to keep my playlists fresh-some songs I don't allow myself to listen to =if I want to hear them I have to be moving.
New additions to long and slow (60 minute workout with moderate effort)

I hear you knockin' by Wynonna Ryder
Fast and Hard (45 minute of ughh)
Dropkick Murphy and Flogging Molly. Irish music increased my burn 100 calories.
