I'm new to all this. I downloaded the app,and I think I'm doing well. Confused about the macro side of things though??!

    Use the defaults for a few weeks and see how it turns out.

    As long as your calorie count is a deficit you don't need to worry too much about macros. If you are a diabetic you may want less carbs. If you want to protect your muscle mass while losing weight then increasing your proteins may be a good idea.
