Hmm Interesting...!
I'm half through my weight loss journey (yaay), however I do suffer with having a large chest, I'm sure other ladies feel my pain (literally)!
So this morning I weighed myself as per usual and recorded my weight (70.9kgs).
However, I then got my husband to stand behind me and physically pick up my boobs (not that they're at my knees or anything) but just take the weight of them!
I realize this is not by any means an accurate reading however my weight then dropped to 68.5kgs.
This means my chests weighs in the region of 2.4kgs which is around 5.3lbs!
Just for fun, have a go and see what your reading comes back with!
Happy Friday!
