Hello! Macro help!?

Hi All, joined MFP on Monday - Looking for advice on an appropriate macro ratio to encourage fat loss while building muscle.
I'm 27, 5"10 and 12st 6. I aim to exercise for at least 45 minutes 4-5 times per week by weight training and playing football.
I used the calculator on IIFYM.com however I'm not entirely sure how accurate it is.
Results were -
Cals: 1831
Carbs: 158.6
Protein: 140.8
Fat: 70.4
Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Feel free to add me

So my option on that is that it's not enough I'm a 5ft 6 130lbs pounds and cut on those macros. For me personally I would recommend lean bulking then cutting, for the amount of physical activity that's not enough most guys can cut on 2000 calories easily. If it's your first time using IIFYM start on maintenance which would probably be about 2500 calories or so then start your aims. It's something which helped me get into a routine without throwing you into a deep end. Hope this helps:
Maintenance:
2483 --> 290 c 174 p 70 f
Bulking:
2731 --> 352 c 174 p 70 f
Fat loss:
1986 --> 197 c 174 p 70 f0 -
