Bleugh!

After 2 weeks of poor tracking due to family trip and special occasions, I'm feeling rather bleugh! More than over done it on the treats,despite not really enjoying them, and feeling rubbish. Surprising how run down I feel after not eating right for this long, despite years of poor diet. I'm hoping this feeling will drive me to stick to healthier eating. Determined to get rolling again, cut down the crap a bit today, and being uber strict again as of tomorrow. Got my Fit Bit set up, my protein powder arrived and my gym classes are booked. Here's to a summer of battling the bulge......Hoping to not have too many slip ups.
