Hey guys,
Im now lifting for 1 year and just gained 10 kgs probably 4-6 kgs from it is lean gains and i wonder what can i expect aftet lifting weights for 3-5 years ? Any tips that i can use to change my physqiue ? Any experiences/tips ?

you are going to need to run a couple bulk cut cycles….
keep lifting on a structured program.
make sure you are getting adequate micros/macros
repeat until you get desired look/result

I think I am going to run one more bulk/cut cycle and then go for recomp ….but I will see how I look/feel at end of next cycle….0
