A few simple questions

- when figuring out my maintainence calories, what do I use for activity in calculators if I lift 4 times a week for 60-80 minutes but otherwise am quite sedentary? Am I lightly active? I weigh 135lbs at 170cm, does 2200 calories to maintain and 2700 to bulk seem about right? Would like to hit 145-150 by October.
- At the moment, I hit my protein intake and calories for the day but let fats and carbs sort itself out, will I see any significant benefit from actually trying to hit numbers for the other two macros? how many of you just track protein and calorie intake and had success from it?

Calories - i would probably say likely axtive but at best, its a guess. Personally, i would track calories for a month to figure out your true maintenance. Because in the end, even the best formulas are a guess. The calculators say i maintain at 2700 to 2800 but i actually maintain around 3000.
When you bulk you can do 500 calories. Some prefer a slow/clean bulk at 250 above tdee.
Carbs are very important for bulks. So i would work on getting more carba for help promote muscle growth.0
