Hi all...my name is Shani and I live in WA State. I have been on mfp since July 8th but just found the community section. I am 50 years old have 4 grown kids and 7 granchildren. My husband is my rock and my nemesis since he hates when I take time away from us to be at the gym. NY goals for this month are to increase my cardiovascular to 5 miles per day by end of the month. Add strength training 3x weekly. Avoid donuts at work and stick to my 1200 calorie goal.

    Talk to him about buying some cardio machines for home. For example, do some cardio at home some days and use the weight equipment at the gym on other days. :)
