Curb the sweet crave after dinner?

Grab some fruit, make some fruit Popsicles with healthy and simple ingredients. Drink a little chocolate milk. And for me it helps to add cinnamon to my yogurt or toast, and drinking lemon and mint infused water may help as well.0

If you keep telling yourself that, then yes, you will.
It would be far better for a long happy life to learn moderation now.
You're 23 and you have 4 lbs to lose?
What are your height and weight?

There are 35cal fruit pops in the frozen section of the grocery store! Yum yum!0

I buy frozen fruit, put some in a mug, microwave it a little to defrost and then add chocolate syrup or light whipped cream. Even light whipped cream alone with bananas or strawberries are great! Hope this helps.0

Dark chocolate does it for me. It's sweet, rich, delightful, and a better alternative than milk chocolate. Of course I hate milk chocolate so I guess that's easy for me to say
I also will do fruit with whipped cream. Yum. Or a peach or fresh cherries. I'm enjoying the hell out the fresh produce this summer.0 -
I find that mint herbal tea will do the trick more me most of the time (iced or hot)0

Orphia, I'm 5"6 and I'm 129. I just had a baby 7 weeks ago, trying to get back down to my pre-baby weight which was 125. I have lost 15lbs total so far, I'm on the last bit.0

Sugar free jello isn't half bad, you can always cut up some fruit and throw in some chia seeds to make it a little healthier. its also probably better to get the cups instead of the boxes lollol.
i cut up some cherries and thru it in my chocolate pudding and put it in a tiny pretty dish so it felt like i was eating a yummy dessert

I'm gonna get some jello to add my fruit into. I also discovered bombpop popcycles only have 40 calories. And fudgecycles are low cal. Smart ones offers little deserts too! I went to the store and shopped the sweets. I just gotta learn to control my sweet tooth. It's hard going from pregnancy where you cave to every whim.0

Your BMI is 21 - the low end of normal.
You're aiming for 20 - borderline underweight.
I'm not too happy about this.0 -
I love having a cup of 1% low fat chocolate milk. Curbs my sweet tooth and makes me feel even fuller.0

i also drink muscle milk protein shakes. the chocolate flavor helps with the chocolate cravings as well
One scoop only! trying to control the calories. it helps me feel full and i eat less during the day.
and sometimes i add cinnamon to it! it makes the cake batter flavor taste like a cinnabon! mmmm0 -
Eat a small portion of what you really want. If I had some sugar free jello, I'd still want a REAL treat.
100 calorie ice cream bar, one serving of low fat (or full fat if it fits) ice cream, a square or two of chocolate.
I wish fruit and yogurt did it for me when I really crave sweets after a meal, but nope...0 -

A normal BMI for me is between 18.5 - 24.9 which would be 118-136 so at 125 my BMI is still ok. I wouldn't want to be any thinner than that though.0 -
