Saying hello to everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm Gayle and I am posting from Australia (down under). Looking forward to following your journeys and hopefully becoming inspired on mine. I joined a few weeks ago and have to date managed to go from 187 lb to 185 lb and I am determined to lose at least 10lb over the next 3 months. I have not been well so I am more than happy to go slow and steady. I really enjoy walking which is my main form of exercise and I have been recording all my food choices and my exercise every day . Planning to post on the community site to stay focused and in touch! Have a great day everyone!

    Hi Gayle! I started at 187 some weeks ago, and lost ~ 5 lbs due to sheer determination. Then I found MFP and it's been a lot more straightforward since then! I'm adding you as a buddy so we can encourage each other! :)
