I am tired of being patronized and berated.
Friends and family members. They don't agree with the choices I make and seem to think that I use my depression and anxiety as an excuse. I treat them with respect and support, and sincerely apologize when I say or do wrong. I don't expect them to understand, and realize they have their own problems, but mutual respect doesn't seem like much to ask.0 -
ok, I had a thought today. I have a cheat day once a week. It is 1 meal/supper. It includes a dessert. The day after I always weigh less. Does anyone think it is wise to add calories to your intake like every third day or so? Has anyone tried that to boost their metabolism inbetween. I am talking like a extra 150 a day, every third day. Still eating good, just adding calories, and still doing your normal workouts?
I do not do well lowering my intake low. I have to do it gradually, or I fail. ON the other hand I am not getting anywhere. I am up and down every week. I have 20 to 25 depending how much muscle I gain to reach goal. I am going more by the way my pants fit.0
