My macro and setup

Hi everyone.

I am currently 55kg (110 lb), 173cm (5ft 6in).
Just installed the app 2 days ago, and I've set it up as follows:

Calories : 2,309
Carb (202g) : 35%
Protein (202g) : 35%
Fat (77g) : 30%


Daily intake : Mutant Mass Triple Chocolate, 4 scoops a day.
Work out regime : Pushups at home, 10 x 2 reps, 2 times a week (I'm too weak to do more.. :'( )
Target weight : 60kg in 2-3 months, perhaps (so that family and friends would stop laughing)

Have I got the settings on the app right?

    To much protein, you need around 0.8-1 grams of protein, your fats should be 0.4 of bodyweight in pounds and your carbs rest.I will do it for you.

    48 fats = 2309 cals
    348 carbs.
    What`s your age? Do you want to gain weight? i think your calories are to low tho.

    what are you goals OP..?
    are you new to lifting?

    if you are trying to gain weight/muscle you need to ake the protein down and add in more carbs…. .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight; .45 grams of fat per pound of body weight, and the rest carbs..
