Hey guys. Hope you're all having a great weekend. Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a detox?

I suggest you save your money and don't spend it on detox scams.

If your liver and kidneys are not functioning, you need a doctor. If they are functioning, you do not need a detox.

Just wondering what you mean by detox, what it's supposed to do, and how you'll know that it's working?

Your organs are taking care of any detoxification that your body requires. 'Detoxes' and 'cleanses' are scams.

If you're addicted to drugs or alcohol, detoxing should probably be done under the supervision of a doctor at a rehabilitation center.

If not, then please heed this very accurate advice:
Your organs are taking care of any detoxification that your body requires. 'Detoxes' and 'cleanses' are scams.
