Hi all ,
I am someone who skips meals as in never eats breakfast and sometime skips lunch , dinner ranges from very healthy to takeaways . I have been like this for years and due to me doing less exercising my weight went up . I am aiming to start eating like a normal person again but worried this may make me gain weight even if it's healthy food .
Is there a food or exercise or vitamin that can boost my metabolism or help reduce to weight gain ?
Has anyone else been like this and overcome bad eating habit ?
Thanks in advance .

Until last week I had awful eating habits. I would often skip meals, as in everyday i would normally at least skip one and instead i would replace it with really unhealthy snacks. So I just changed to eating healthy food throughout the day at good meal times and i've already lost about 5lbs by doing this. Breakfast is definitely something that will help you try eat a big healthy breakfast which will get you going for the day and should aid your weight loss0

there is really nothing wrong with skipping meals. It boils down to eating healthy, keeping track of macros, eating less than you take in, and working out/moving...
How many calories per day do you eat now? what is your height, weight, gender?
Remember meal timing has nothing to do with metabolism..so skipping breakfast is not a bad thing...unless you then binge at lunch and dinner and eat 4000 cals for the day or something...
you need to build a program around what works for you ...0 -
