Hi everyone,

I'm so glad I found this app and forum. I decided to start my healthy journey to lose 20 lbs yesterday. I was planning on starting today but then I realized yesterday "why not today." I ate lots of healthy foods at lower calorie levels and I was shocked at how filling they were. At the end of the day I had to force myself to eat more in order to meet my daily caloric limit. Today I start my bootcamp workouts and I am excited to beat the jigglies. If you are like me I've tried this before but was unsuccessful due to lack of support. Well I'm here now and would love to interact with you so we all can suceed on this journey.
