Aching legs

Hi Guys,
I did a different work out last night because i couldn't find 30DS level 2 on you tube, instead i did Jillian Michaels kickboxing, i really enjoyed it and didn't find it that hard and kind of preferred it to 30DS. After the work out and having some food i took the dog for a walk and felt my legs tightening up, today they are really achy to walk.

my question is should i carry on working out through the aches or rest??
