Gained 3 pounds...

So, I started on mfp after I had lost about 10 pounds (started at 301 lbs). Got on mfp, and lost three more pounds. Now, I've gained them back after about 4 days. I know it could just be water weight (caught myself at a low period, weighed myself again on a high period or something), but I'm actually pretty down in the dumps about it.

I've done two and a half hours of walking in the last 3 days, and I'm trying to be good with tracking. At the same time, I do alot of guess work with tracking when I go out to eat at restaurants (lots of Mexican and Chinese food, "hole in the wall and delicious" kind of places). I've been thinking that I should probably just buy a scale and measure everything, and prepare all my own meals, but that sounds like a lot of work lol. Don't get me wrong, I never thought losing 100 lbs would be easy, but I like to take life easy, as I get enough stress from work (911 operator).

I'm probably just worried over nothing...

I've only been at this for about a week now (well this time around - I tend to fall off the diet wagon a lot) I got myself a fitbit to help track my steps and exercise better. This week I lost 6 lbs in just about 5 days. Yesterday I spent all day moving my friend to her new place, every muscle in my body aches and I'm exhausted. So I picked up chinese food for dinner and that was pretty much the only food I consumed (other than egg whites in the morning) but I didn't think I overate/indulged (I have a binge eating issue) hell I didn't even finish the food I had. I weighed myself this morning and I gained 4 lbs.

I am SO with you on this frustrated/down in the dumps feeling.
