I joined Myfitnesspal like a week ago. Since February 1st I've embraced a new healthy eating lifestyle. I lost 10 lbs and have kept it off! I also overhauled my workout regimen by limiting cardio and increasing strength and bodyweight training. My body has definitely changed, and I'm leaner & healthier than ever. I bought a food scale and started (loosely) tracking my food on here. It has been fun! Also, very eye opening about portion size and macronutrient intake (not sure how I'm always way under carbs and over fat....would not have guessed that was happening!). I look forward to sharing nutrition tips and recipe ideas with others on here.
