If you started about 2 weeks ago and lost 19 lbs your doing great and have nothing to be discouraged about.

I am new to this also, 1 week.

So far so good, but I get discouraged easily. The hardest part for me so far has been drinking enough water, but past 3 days have been at 12 glasses a day. I will take all the encouragement, advice and help I can get.

A year and a half. I started losing 10 lbs a month but may have been undereating as I was not yet using MFP. Just log consistently and don't expect overnight results.

This was exciting when I was loosing. My wife and I are doing this together, and I would love to have friends for support.

I lost 45 pounds on WW 3 years ago and gained most of it back last year. Haven't gained weight in while but having a hell of a time losing! 2 weeks on here so far, 3 weeks starting exercising. And also started working with a nutritionist 2 months ago. Just down about 4 pounds in 2 months. Extremely frustrated. Trying not to give up.
