I wasted my 20's. Taking hold of my health and fitness to stay energetic for my kids and to hopefully give the wife a little eye candy in the process. Ive literally seen my parents bodies break down over the years due to lack of a healthy diet and completely lacking in fitness. Im determined to achieve my fitness goals and can hopefully encourage others in the process. My family is worth it. I am worth it!

Yep, your post resonates with me. I intend to run away from my age for as long as possible, to stay fit and healthy for my kiddo.

Here here. I'd like to stay around for these kids as long as possible. Time to get serious with my body before my body gets serious with me.

Looking good mate. I too can relate to your story, I've just discovered triathlon training and racing in my 40's and shed 66 pounds. I feel terrific and full of life again. Nice to talk to other inspirational guys. Keep with it.
